1. Domestic Shipping Across India
- Standard Shipping: Free on all prepaid orders across India (UPI, RuPay, Debit/Credit Card).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Flat ₹99 convenience handling fee applied at checkout.
- Dispatch Schedule: All orders confirmed prior to 2:00 PM IST are processed and handed over to our courier partner on the same business day.
- Delivery Estimates:
- Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune: 2 to 4 business days.
- Rest of India & Tier 2/3 Pin Codes: 4 to 6 business days.
- North-East, J&K, Island territories: 6 to 9 business days.
- Tracking: Live tracking links via SMS and email are sent as soon as the AWB (Air Waybill) is generated.
2. 7-Day Size Exchange & Return Window
We understand that choosing the right sneaker fit online can be challenging. We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of confirmed delivery.
Condition Requirements for Exchanges:
- Sneakers must be in unworn, brand-new condition without outdoor creasing or outsole dirt.
- Original Sneaker Run shoebox, internal tissue paper, and all attached tags must remain intact.
- Socks and accessory packs are non-exchangeable once opened due to hygiene standards.
Reverse Pickup Process:
Log in to your Sneaker Run Account dashboard, navigate to your order, and click "Request Size Exchange". Our delivery executive will pick up the box from your doorstep within 48 hours. Once inspected, your new size is dispatched immediately.
