All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment hub within 24–48 hours of verification. Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) generally receive orders within 3 to 4 business days. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities take 4 to 6 business days via BlueDart and Delhivery Express.
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), RuPay Debit/Credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, and NetBanking through our secure payment gateway integration (such as Razorpay). Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected pin codes.
Yes! We offer a 7-day hassle-free size exchange policy. As long as the sneakers are unworn outdoors, in their original box with all tags intact, we will arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch your replacement size.
Sneaker Run creates 100% original silhouettes, proprietary typography, and independent footwear geometries. We do not manufacture counterfeits, replicas, or infringe on the trademarks of other athletic brands.
Use a soft-bristled sneaker cleaning brush with lukewarm water and mild soap for uppers and rubber midsoles. Air dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Never toss sneakers into a high-heat washing machine or direct intense sun.
